These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Jaikey (the website, web app, APIs, and related products such as Jaikey Desktop), operated by Jacob G. Quaife doing business as Jaikey (“Jaikey,” “we,” “us”).
By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jaikey.
Older product names (for example “Frankey”) may still appear in code or URLs; they are part of the same Jaikey service and covered by these Terms.
Jaikey is an AI-assisted “mechanic” for AI-generated work. Depending on your plan and product surface, features may include:
We may change, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Material pricing changes will be reflected on the Rates page and in the product.

Software, prompts, packages, and engines underlying Jaikey remain proprietary. See also our product license materials and Privacy Policy.
Jaikey uses AI-assisted analysis. Diagnostics, scores, findings, and repaired drafts are advisory tools, not professional certification of fitness for production.
You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, testing them, and deciding whether to deploy or rely on them. We do not guarantee higher conversion, fewer bugs, legal compliance, or any specific business or technical outcome.
Full Service repairs are not silently applied to live systems without your approval path in the product. Always review proposed changes before use.
The Jaikey name, logos, site design, app UI, documentation, evaluation packages, scoring methods, and software are owned by Jacob G. Quaife / Jaikey. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them except as needed to use the service under these Terms or with written permission.
Jaikey relies on processors such as hosting, authentication, databases, model APIs, email delivery, and payment providers (for example Vercel, Supabase, xAI, Stripe). Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms where applicable. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAIKEY AND JACOB G. QUAIFE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JAIKEY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You will defend and indemnify Jaikey and Jacob G. Quaife against claims arising from your content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms as Jaikey matures. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that must be heard in court, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
